The right voice for the room.
Circle One represents a small group of working speakers and helps the people who run conferences, association meetings and company events find the one their audience will remember.

How we think about it
A small roster we know well beats a long catalog. Fees and availability come in the first reply, not the third. And the same contact carries your event from the first note to the walk-off.
Services
We do three things and we keep them close.
Speaker booking
Opening and closing keynotes, concurrent sessions, panels and hands-on workshops. You get a few strong options sized to your audience and your budget, and we manage the logistics after you pick.
Event programming
Help shaping the agenda itself: which session goes where, what each speaker should cover, and how the day builds. For planners who want the whole program to hang together.
Speaker representation
For the speakers on our roster: sharper positioning, better talk descriptions, a clean one-page profile and steady outreach to the events that suit them.
Who we represent
Our roster is small because we want to be able to vouch for everyone on it. These are people with real careers behind the talk and real audiences in front of it.
- Experience first.Operators, clinicians, authors, researchers and executives who speak from work they have done themselves.
- A clear argument. Each talk makes a case and leaves the audience with something to do on Monday.
- Built for your audience. We brief every speaker on your members, your theme and your schedule before they write a word.
- Good guests.Prompt replies, plain fees, early to sound check and happy to stay for questions.
When nobody on our roster fits, we tell you and suggest where to look. We would rather lose a booking than place the wrong speaker.

How we work
Few steps, no surprises.
For event organizers
Send us four things: when, who is in the room, what the event is about and what you can spend. An email is fine.
In two or three working days we come back with a handful of speakers, each with video, a session outline and a fee stated plainly.
After you decide, we take care of the contract, travel, the briefing call and the AV run-through, and we stay available until the event is over.
For speakers
We represent a limited number of speakers and most arrive through an introduction. The roster grows slowly, by design.
If you speak regularly, have a talk that works and can show it, send us a video and tell us which audiences you want to reach.
You will get a straight answer about whether we are the right home for you.
Questions
What organizers usually want to know.
Is there a charge for organizers?
No. We are paid from the speaker's fee. The fee you see is the fee you pay.
How soon will we see options?
Two to three working days is normal. Tell us if your date is near and we will move faster.
How are fees set?
By the speaker, the type of session and the travel involved. You get the figure in writing before any call.
Can a speaker present online?
Yes. We will be honest about who is strong on screen and who is at their best in person.
What if the speaker has to cancel?
That seldom happens. When it does, we propose a substitute for your approval or return your deposit.
Do you book events abroad?
Yes, when the program is a fit. The quote covers travel and scheduling.
Can the speaker join other parts of the event?
Often, yes. Tell us early and we will write it into the agreement.
